What is Ficeda’s commitment toward our customers regarding warranty & returns?

At Ficeda, we are dedicated in providing support to our brands and products in every way possible. Combined with some of the most efficient and high quality product servicing known in the industry, we place our dealer network and subsequent customers at the top of our priority list. Warranty inspections take place every day and items deemed warrantable are repaired to original factory standards or else replaced in a timely manner.

 
Where do I return an item for warranty?

Our network of 1,500 dealers across Australia & New Zealand are happy to assist with all customer returns. They are trained in the Ficeda warranty & returns process. For any returns, customers must contact the dealer they purchased the product from.


What document(s) are required for warranty?

To return any product, the original receipt is required, showing that the item is within the warranty period (these may vary from product to product).


Ficeda Warranty & Returns Process:
 

  1. Contact the dealer you purchased the product from

  2. Provide them with the original receipt along with the effected product

  3. The dealer will assess the condition of the product

  4. If deemed warrantable the dealer will return to Ficeda

  5. Ficeda will repair or replace the product

  6. The dealer will re-check the condition of the product

  7. Collect your product at your convenience.
