Competition Terms & Conditions

1.        The promoter is Ficeda Pty. Ltd. (ABN 41 003 381 235) Locked Bag 48 Wetherill Park NSW 2164 (“Ficeda”).

2.        The competition is "Shark Helmet Zarco Giveaway”. 

3.        Entry requirement – Must be an Australian resident and must be 18 years or older.

4.        Entry ticket into the draw:

      a)      Those who would like to become members of the mailing list will receive an entry ticket for the competition.

      b)      Each applicant must enroll in the competition by using the provided link. Enter via the entry portal here: https://mailchi.mp/ficeda/shark-giveaway.

5.      The competition starts Thursday 27th March 2025 12:00am and closes 11:59pm AEST Sunday 29th March 2025.

6.      The winner will be randomly selected by Ficeda. The winner will be determined by random draw and will take place at 10:00am AEST 31st March 2025 at 489-493 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia. 

7.      An eligible competition participant is limited to 1 entry via the entry portal mentioned within point four (4) above. 

8.      The winner’s name must be on the mailing list at the time of the draw to claim the prize. If the winner has unsubscribed before the competition ends, the winner will not be entitled to the prize. 

9.      The winner will be announced via the Ficeda website on 31st March 2025 and notified via email within 2 days of the draw date. 

10.   The prize is a Shark Race-R Pro Replica Zarco 2019 Helmet in Extra Small (RRP $849.95) and a race-tint visor signed by Johann Zarco (RRP $99.95). Total prize pool is $949.90

11.   If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. Any such redraw will be made from the remaining entrants and will take place at 10:00am on 14 April 2025 at 489-493 Victoria Street, Wetherill Park, NSW 2164, Australia. The name of the resulting winner will be notified within 2 days of the redraw via their email.

12.   Ficeda will arrange for transport of the prize pack to the winner’s address within one month of the winner being successfully notified.

13.   The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be dealt in accordance with Ficeda Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. https://www.ficeda.com.au/privacy-policy-cookie-restriction-mode.

14.   The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15.   Employees of Ficeda or their related companies or their family members, or any parties connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition will not be eligible to enter the competition.

16.   Ficeda Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

17.   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Ficeda Pty Ltd. and not to any other party. By entering the competition, you agree from time to time to receive promotional material from Ficeda Pty. Ltd

18.   Entrants have the right to opt out of receiving any marketing materials at any time by unsubscribing from the mailing list at any time. 

19.   Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
