Win two Ultimate VIP Experience tickets to the 2025 AUSX Open

  1. The promoter is Ficeda Pty. Ltd. (ABN 41 003 381 235) Locked Bag 48 Wetherill Park NSW 2164 (“Ficeda”).
  2. The competition is titled "Win two Ultimate VIP Experience tickets to the 2025 AUSX Open” (the “Competition Prize”).
  3. Participant eligibility:
    1. Must be an Australian resident/citizen and must be 18 years of age or older.
    2. Must be a registered Ficeda Accessories dealership based in Australia, excluding Tasmania.
    3. Must be a valid Ficeda dealership entity that is permitted to sell Dunlop Tyres via its dealership to end customers (“Participating Dealerships”).
    4. All Participating Dealerships must be up to date with their Ficeda parts accounts and will be excluded if their Ficeda account is classified as on hold/suspended at the time of the draw.
  4. Entry criteria:
    1. To be eligible for the Competition Prize, Participating Dealerships must successfully place orders or purchase any Dunlop products during the calendar month of October 2025. Note that order or purchase cancellations will be excluded from the eligibility criteria.
    2. The competition winner will be the Participating Dealership who achieves the highest percentage increase in Dunlop tyre order value during October 2025, compared to their best previous month’s Dunlop tyre order value from the 1st of October 2024 to the 30th of September 2025.
    3. In the event that more than one eligible Participating Dealership has the same percentage increase, the dealer with the highest October 2025 order value will win the Competition Prize.
    4. The formula for calculating the percentage increase for each eligible Participating Dealership is calculated as:

      For example:
      Best Month’s Order Value from Oct 2024 to Sept 2025 = $10,000
      October 2025 Order Value = $15,000
      Percentage Increase = ((15,000 - 10,000) ÷ 10,000) x 100
                                           = (5,000 ÷ 10,000) × 100
                                           = 50% increase
  5. The competition for the Competition Prize starts at 12:01am (AEST) Wednesday 1st October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) Friday 31st October 2025. Ficeda will verify the validity of entries and complete necessary identification check within seven (7) days after the winning Participating Dealership being successfully notified.
  6. In the event that the winning Participating Dealership fails to respond within five (5) business days of notification or if the Competition Prize cannot otherwise be awarded for reasons outside of control of Ficeda, Ficeda reserves the right to allocate the Competition Prize to the eligible Participating Dealership that placed second. This process will continue until a winning Participating Dealership accepts the Competition Prize.
